MR PADEL - TERMS OF DELIVERY

Welcome to MR PADEL BV, founded and based in the Netherlands.

It is our mission to make everyone "shine" on the court and wish you a happy Padel day!

To do this we have created our webshop mrpadel.com. We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and therefore, as in the game of padel, we have some rules ("Terms of Delivery") that apply to your order as a consumer.

2. Offer and agreement

1. When you purchase an item from MR PADEL online through the webshop, you are entering into an agreement with MR PADEL. These Delivery Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.

2. To avoid incorrect delivery after your order, please provide us with correct information and contact details. We will keep your information secure and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. A contract resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on MR PADEL. Please contact MR PADEL if you are in doubt about the validity of an offer.

3. Price and payment

1. The price in the webshop is the total price including 21%VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are listed separately.

2. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in MR PADEL's webshop.

3. Issued vouchers cannot be combined with discount offers on our website

4. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional shipping costs and/or local taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question may charge additional duties, such as import taxes. MR PADEL has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide you with further information. If desired, you may check with your local tax office. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may have to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. You should check yourself whether the items ordered can be exported and imported to the relevant country and what the costs are, before placing such an order.

4. Delivery

1. MR PADEL strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We will ensure that products are accurately delivered to your home. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the products and we will ensure that this is resolved smoothly.

2. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you entered. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ on our website.

3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the cost of the lost product will be your responsibility.

5. Quality, legal warranty & complaints

1. MR PADEL strives to display products on its website as completely and accurately as possible. The nature of the products offered may cause differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product appear different than expected? Along with the 5-day cooling-off period, we offer you a 14-day return period.

2. The products we offer are obviously subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product also depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of maintenance. MR PADEL products are made of the highest quality materials from our factory in Italy as listed in the webshop. MR PADEL stands for quality in normal use. However, for optimal longevity and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions as printed in the clothes purchased. Should you nevertheless think that there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by phone, email or post).

3. If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you want to take your complaint to another body, you can contact the Dispute Resolution Board through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

6. Right of Withdrawal

1. Under the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product, to revoke your agreement with MR PADEL, without giving any reason

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can also easily use our return form on the website https://mrpadel.com/retourformulier It is also possible to partially withdraw from the contract. To meet the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you make your communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return shipment for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Can be removed does not apply

4. You can try our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure the tags are still attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have tags removed or show other signs of wear MR PADEL will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount refunded to you. Only MR PADEL is entitled to determine the depreciation.

5. MR PADEL will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we will refund only the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.

6. Return costs are at all times at your own expense and you can return the products to:

Send the package including completed return form and packing slip.

Upon delivery of your package to a shipping company you will receive proof of this, make sure you keep this proof. In case of questions regarding the return, we may ask for this proof in order to investigate the status of the return.

7. Return Policy

1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 14-day return policy. It is also possible to partially return the order.

2. Return the product to MR PADEL's address as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of all products in your order.

3. You can try our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure the tags are still attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have the tags removed or show other signs of wear MR PADEL will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only MR PADEL is entitled to determine the depreciation.

4. The return policy is not provided for goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have not been sealed after delivery.

5. MR PADEL will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will refund only the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.

6. Return costs are at all times at your own expense and you can return the products to:

8. Intellectual property

1. MR PADEL owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, products and website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.

9. Changes

1. Changes in these Delivery Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to read these Delivery Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Delivery Terms were last amended on February 15, 2023.

10. Applicable law

1. These Delivery Terms and Conditions and the contract between you and MR PADEL are governed by Dutch law. In case of a conflict, the District Court of Amsterdam will decide the case; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer that you have according to the country where you reside.

2. We will ensure that these Delivery Terms are easily accessible at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread or download the then current and most recent version of the Delivery Terms via our website.
