Want to return or exchange something?
Time to Return - no worries, we take care of it.
At Mr. & Mrs. Padel, we understand that sometimes not everything fits exactly as expected. That's why we make our return process as easy and worry-free as possible, with the same premium experience you've come to expect from us.
Our return policy
- You can return items within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags
- The original packaging must be intact
Step 1: Send an email with return information
Please click on the link below and email us with the following information:

- Name
- Order number
- Purchase date
Trade?
Indicate what you would like to trade for.
Return? Select a number with the reason for your return:
- Too big
- Too small
- Not as expected/ depicted
- Received wrong article
- Quality problem (please specify)
- Other (please specify)
Step 2: Package your return
- Please include a bill with your return with your name and order number.
- Make sure all items are undamaged, with original labels
- Pack the items carefully in the original packaging
- Seal the package tightly
Step 3: Send your return

Returning your package is at your own expense.
Step 4: Processing and confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return shipment
- After checking, we will process your return within 5 business days
- For exchanges, your new order will be processed as soon as the return is approved
- Upon refund you will receive the amount within 14 days on the same payment method you paid with

What are the charges for returns?
Returns are at your own expense.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Yes, please indicate this in the email you send us and we will send your new item as soon as we have processed your return.
What if my item is defective or has a manufacturing defect?
In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at info@mrpadel.com or +31 (0)6 27 86 85 34. Take photos of the defect and send them along.
Can I return an item that has been customized or personalized?
Personalized or customized items unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
